Biography
Payal Radhakrishna is a rising Indian actress and model known for her work across Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu film industries. Born on August 13, 1996, in Mangalore, Karnataka, she developed a passion for acting and dance from a young age. She completed her schooling at Lions West Public School, Mysore, and pursued a degree in management from Prasad Bidapa Model Management, Bangalore.
Payal made her acting debut in the Kannada film Bangalore Underworld (2017), where she played the role of Sirisha. She followed it up with performances in Life 360 and the critically acclaimed Bhinna (2019), directed by Adarsh Eshwarappa. Bhinna received international recognition, including the Best Regional Film award at the Madrid Film Festival and a Dadasaheb Phalke Award.
Her Tamil debut came with the Zee5 web series Singa Penne (2020–2021), where she portrayed Mahalakshmi. She also starred in the Telugu web series Tharagathi Gadhi Daati (2021) as Jasmine, further expanding her reach in South Indian entertainment.
In recent years, Payal has appeared in films like Ala Ninnu Cheri (2023), Prasanna Vadanam (2024), and Neeli Megha Shyama (2025). She is also part of the upcoming Malayalam film Apoorva Puthranmaar and the Telugu project Chaurya Paatham.
