Sara Arjun, born on June 18, 2005, in Mumbai, is one of India’s most accomplished young actresses, known for her seamless transition from child artist to adult lead. The daughter of actor Raj Arjun and dance instructor Sanya Arjun, Sara began her career in front of the camera at just 18 months old. By the age of five, she had already appeared in over 100 commercials for major brands like Maggi, LIC, and McDonald’s, making her a familiar face in Indian households long before she stepped into films.

 

Her breakthrough came in 2011 with the Tamil film Deiva Thirumagal, where she played the daughter of a mentally challenged father, portrayed by Vikram. Her performance earned her critical acclaim and the Vijay Special Jury Award. She followed this with notable roles in Ek Thi Daayan, Saivam, Jazbaa, and Saand Ki Aankh.
