Simran Rishi Bagga, born Rishibala Naval on April 4, 1976, in Mumbai, is a celebrated Indian actress known for her remarkable contributions to South Indian cinema. She began her acting career in 1995 with the Hindi film Sanam Harjai and gained recognition for her performance in Tere Mere Sapne. However, it was her debut in Tamil cinema with Once More and V.I.P. in 1997 that catapulted her to stardom.
Simran's versatility as an actress is evident in her performances across Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi films. She has received numerous accolades, including three Filmfare Awards South and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award.
