Popular television and film actor Gilli Nata, who rose to fame through Bigg Boss, is now gearing up for the release of his much-anticipated movie Sarkari Shale H8. The film, directed by Guna Hariyabbe, is scheduled to hit theaters on February 6, 2026, and has already created buzz with its intriguing title and suspenseful storyline.
Gilli Nata became a household name after winning the Bigg Boss trophy, which was followed by celebratory processions across several towns. Even before his reality show success, he had acted in a few films, including Sarkari Shale H8, which is now ready for release.The movie promises a suspense-thriller narrative revolving around a mysterious idol. Shooting took place in and around Bengaluru, Chitradurga, Shira, and Shivamogga, adding a local flavor to the film’s backdrop.
Alongside Gilli Nata, the cast features Meghashree, folk artist Mohan, Suchendra Prasad, and several others. Veteran actor Raghavendra Rajkumar also plays a role, joined by Jagappa, Nawaz, Sushmita Jagappa, Jyotiraj, Kaddi Vishva, and Namrata.
Music for the film has been composed by Vijeth Manjayya, with three songs included in the soundtrack. Notably, actors Sharan and Mehboob Saab have lent their voices to two of the tracks, while lyrics were penned by Nagendra Prasad. Cinematography is handled by Ravi Ramdurga and Venus Murthy, and editing by Ravitej C.H.
