The surgery was led by renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala, who is known for treating several prominent sportspersons and public figures. Hospital officials stated that the operation was completed without complications and that Pawan Kalyan's condition is stable. Doctors are closely monitoring his recovery and have advised him to take adequate rest before resuming his political and public engagements.

Medical experts revealed that Pawan Kalyan had been dealing with shoulder-related injuries for nearly a decade. The problems reportedly began in 2016, when he suffered a rotator cuff tear and an avulsion fracture. Despite experiencing persistent pain, he continued to actively participate in political campaigns, public meetings, and film commitments. His demanding schedule, particularly during the Jana Sena Party's political movements, aggravated the injury over the years.

The injury is believed to have worsened significantly during the 2018 Porata Yatra, a statewide political campaign where Pawan Kalyan extensively traveled across Andhra Pradesh to interact with the public. Even after the campaign, he continued fulfilling his political responsibilities, often postponing medical treatment due to his busy commitments. Doctors eventually recommended surgery after determining that conservative treatments would no longer provide lasting relief.

Medical reports also indicate that Pawan Kalyan will require another surgery, this time on his left shoulder. The second procedure is expected to take place approximately two months after he has sufficiently recovered from the current operation. Physicians have advised him to undergo rehabilitation and physiotherapy to ensure a smooth recovery before proceeding with the next surgery.

Following the successful operation, several political leaders and well-wishers expressed their support and wished him a speedy recovery. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu conveyed his best wishes, expressing confidence that Pawan Kalyan would return to public service with renewed strength. Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh also shared a heartfelt message, praying for his quick recovery and good health.

Supporters of the actor-politician flooded social media with messages of encouragement, praising his dedication to public service despite enduring physical pain for several years. Many admired his commitment to both governance and politics, noting that he continued to fulfill his responsibilities without allowing his injuries to slow him down.

As Pawan Kalyan begins his recovery journey, doctors expect him to gradually regain full shoulder function through rehabilitation. While his public appearances are likely to remain limited for the next few weeks, his supporters remain optimistic about his swift return to active political life after completing both surgeries and the necessary recovery process.
