One Battle After Another is an upcoming American action-thriller directed, written, and produced by Paul Thomas Anderson, set for release on September 26, 2025. Based on Thomas Pynchon's novel Vineland, the film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Bob Ferguson, a former vigilante turned chaotic revolutionary, alongside Sean Penn, Benicio del Toro, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor, and newcomer Chase Infiniti.

The plot centers on Bob, once part of a radical group called the French 75, whose partner Perfidia (Taylor) was arrested by cop Steven Lockjaw (Penn).
