Latest Coronavirus Guidelines Issued by the Central Government

Here are the latest Coronavirus guidelines issued by the Central Government of India to ensure public safety and prevent the spread of COVID-19:  

 1. Health & Safety Measures  
- Citizens are advised to follow basic hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing and sanitization.  
- Wearing masks in crowded places is encouraged, especially for vulnerable individuals.  
- Hospitals must ensure adequate oxygen supply, ventilators, and ICU beds for emergency cases.  

 2. Testing & Surveillance  
- All government and private hospitals must report Influenza-like Illness (ILI) and Severe Acute Respiratory Illness (SARI) cases daily.  
- Positive COVID-19 samples must be sent for genome sequencing to detect new variants early.  
- Random testing at airports and railway stations may be conducted for travelers arriving from high-risk regions.  

 3. Vaccination & Public Awareness  
- Citizens are encouraged to stay updated on booster doses and get vaccinated as per health advisories.  
- Awareness campaigns will continue to educate the public on COVID-19 symptoms, prevention, and treatment.  
- Special vaccination drives may be conducted in high-risk areas to curb the spread.  

 4. Travel & Movement Restrictions  
- No nationwide lockdown is planned, but local restrictions may be imposed in areas with rising cases.  
- International travelers must follow updated entry guidelines, including health declarations and testing requirements.  
- Public gatherings should be avoided or conducted with necessary precautions to minimize risk.
