Biography
Pushkar Jog is an Indian actor and dancer who has worked extensively in both Marathi and Hindi cinema, gaining recognition for his versatility and charm. Born on 15 July 1985 in Pune, Maharashtra, he began acting at the tender age of four as a child artist in Marathi films. Despite his early start in the entertainment industry, Pushkar pursued academics seriously and earned a degree in Dentistry from Mumbai University. His passion for acting eventually led him to take it up as a full-time career. He made his debut as a lead actor in the Marathi film Jabardast (2007) and later appeared in Hindi films such as Goodbuddy Gadbadi, Don’t Worry Be Happy, and Huff! It’s Too Much. Over the years, he has also showcased his talent in television shows like Nach Baliye Marathi, Tu Tu Main Main, and ABP Majha Around The World.
Beyond films and television, Pushkar Jog became a household name after participating in Bigg Boss Marathi Season 1 (2018), where he emerged as the runner-up, further cementing his popularity among audiences. His career reflects a balance between mainstream cinema and regional projects, making him one of the prominent faces in Marathi entertainment. On the personal front, Pushkar married Jasmine Brahmabhatt in 2014, and the couple has a daughter, Felisha Jog, born in 2018. With a career spanning over three decades, Pushkar continues to be active in films, television, and stage performances, admired for his dedication, energy, and ability to connect with audiences across languages.
