Set against the rugged Eastern Ghats along the Andhra–Odisha border, Ghaati follows the story of Sheelavathi (Anushka Shetty), a fiercely independent woman drawn into the world of drug trafficking and tribal resistance. Vikram Prabhu, making his Telugu debut, plays Desi Raju, a courier turned rebel. Together, they confront the ruthless Naidu brothers in a tale of survival, justice, and defiance.
