Purple Style Labs, the parent company of luxury fashion platform Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, is set to open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on August 31, 2026. Ahead of the issue opening, investors are closely tracking the company’s Grey Market Premium (GMP) to gauge market sentiment and possible listing performance.
The Purple Style Labs IPO is a ₹680-crore fresh issue, with no offer-for-sale component. The price band has been fixed at ₹546 to ₹575 per equity share, while the IPO will remain open until September 2, 2026. The shares are expected to list on the BSE and NSE on September 7.
Purple Style Labs IPO GMP Today
The latest available grey-market indications put the Purple Style Labs IPO GMP at around ₹28-₹30 per share, depending on the source and timing of the update. At a GMP of ₹30 against the upper price band of ₹575, the implied premium works out to roughly 5.2%, indicating a potential indicative listing price of around ₹605.
However, GMP should not be treated as a guaranteed listing price. Grey-market trading is unofficial and unregulated, and premiums can change rapidly based on investor sentiment, subscription demand and broader market conditions.
IPO Price, Lot Size And Investment
The price band for the issue is ₹546-₹575 per share. The minimum retail application consists of 26 shares, meaning investors applying at the upper price band would need approximately ₹14,950.
The IPO will open on August 31 and close on September 2. The basis of allotment is expected on September 3, while shares are scheduled to be credited to successful applicants before the expected September 7 listing.
Strong Anchor Investor Interest
Purple Style Labs has also attracted institutional attention ahead of its public issue. The company reportedly raised ₹306 crore from anchor investors, with investors including global financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Bank of America participating at ₹575 per share.
The company operates a multi-brand luxury fashion business through Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop, offering designer apparel, jewellery and accessories, including wedding and occasion wear.
What Does The GMP Signal?
A GMP of around ₹30 suggests moderately positive sentiment, rather than expectations of a very strong listing pop. At roughly 5% above the upper IPO price, the grey market is indicating some demand but not an aggressive premium.
Investors should remember that GMP is only an unofficial sentiment indicator. Actual listing performance will depend on subscription levels, market conditions, company fundamentals and demand on the listing day.
