Director S. Mahesh Kumar brings back Sathish Ninasam as Siddhegowda in Ayogya 2, a sequel that shifts the story from village-level conflicts to a politically charged power struggle. The film follows Siddhegowda as he navigates local politics after becoming a Gram Panchayat member, with ambition, betrayal, and rivalry driving the narrative.
Story
After winning a local election, Siddhegowda aims to become the Panchayat president with the support of fellow council members. However, political rival Bachegowda throws obstacles in his path, leading to a tense battle for power. The film blends political drama, action, romance, and comedy while maintaining the commercial flavour that made the first installment popular.
Performances
Sathish Ninasam once again delivers a confident performance, balancing action, humour, and emotional scenes effectively. His screen presence remains one of the film's biggest strengths.
Rachita Ram brings charm to the romantic portions and shares good chemistry with Sathish. Supporting actors Ravi Shankar, Sadhu Kokila, Tabla Nani, and Shivaraj K.R. Pete provide solid performances, with the comedy track adding several entertaining moments.

Director Mahesh Kumar retains the humour and mass appeal of the original while expanding the story into a larger political backdrop.
