RRB NTPC UG Exam 2026 Dates Announced for CBT 2: Check Schedule Here
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has announced the examination date for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate CBT 2 Exam 2026 under CEN 07/2025. Candidates who cleared the first stage can now prepare for the second-stage Computer-Based Test, which is scheduled to be conducted on September 17, 2026.
The announcement comes shortly after the RRB declared the NTPC UG CBT 1 results on August 24. Candidates shortlisted for CBT 2 should regularly check their respective regional RRB websites for city intimation, examination-centre details and e-call letters.
RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Exam Date 2026
According to the announced schedule, the RRB NTPC Undergraduate CBT 2 examination will be held on September 17, 2026. The recruitment is being conducted for undergraduate-level Non-Technical Popular Categories posts under CEN 07/2025.
The recruitment drive includes 3,058 vacancies, while reports indicate that around 45,898 candidates have been shortlisted to appear for CBT 2.

RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 Exam Pattern
The second-stage examination will be conducted in computer-based mode. The paper will contain 120 objective-type questions carrying 120 marks, with a duration of 90 minutes.
The questions will cover three major sections:
General Awareness: 50 questions
Mathematics: 35 questions
General Intelligence and Reasoning: 35 questions
Candidates should also remember that the examination includes negative marking, making accuracy important while attempting the paper.
